Location and Environment
Casa Rural San Sebastián is the first rural house located in the historical center of Santa Cruz de la Palma. We can find it in the street San Sebastián, one of most emblematic of the capital of the island, in the high part of the city center. This area also well-known as La Cajita Blanca "the White Small box". This street is the route to the old Camino Real that started off from Santa Cruz de La Palma and links to the Valle de Aridane, in the western side of the island.
Environment
A few meters from the house you can find:
- The hermitage of San Sebastián
- The temple of Santo Domingo (old convent of San Miguel de las Victorias)
- 4 minutes walking we get placed in the well-known O´Daly Street, also know as "the Royal Street", peatonal street in the heart of Santa Cruz, that guide us to the City council and to the El Salvador Church, of Renaissance style, constructed in the second half of century XVI, when Felipe II was the king of Spain.
